Your Role

Position Summary :

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, and creates specifications for systems.

Additional Position Information :

•The individual will be responsible for production support and also special HR related projects
•Will work with the HR business clients to gather requirements, create functional design documents, coordinate with the tech team for development, perform testing and work with the business for UAT. Hence driving the SDLC process for the projects assigned
•Previous experience in doing data mapping, test case creation, SQL and QA activities
•Experience in ERP and HR space preferred

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

•Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
•Two years experience in information systems or systems programs
•Two years experience analyzing system specifications

Preferred Qualifications :

•6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM
•Experience in Human Resources
•Functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits and Time & Labor modules
•Strong knowledge of SQL
